How precious did that grace appear

The Lord has promised good to me

He will my shield and portion be,

A life of joy and peace.

Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we’ve first begun.

que a un cec perdut com jo
la vista em va donar. Segur puc caminar.
La pau jo vaig trobar.
La Gràcia de Déu en el meu cor
els dubtes va dissipar.
Feliç em vaig sentir. Perdó ja puc gaudir,
salvat de tot patir.
Enmig de perills i aflicció
que jo pateixo aquí,
la Gràcia del Senyor, consol en el dolor,
ha estat sempre per mi.
I quan al cel amb tots els sants
m’uneixi al cant gloriós,
la Gràcia del meu Déu, i el seu amor etern,
proclamaré amb fervor.
